The third instalment of Strange Waves Festival will take over Manchester’s Albert Hall on the second of the Bank Holiday bangers. With two new singles ‘American Guilt’ and ‘Not In Love We’re Just High’ in their 8-year arsenal of tracks Unknown Mortal Orchestra will top the bill. They will be joined by fellow psych-rockers Deerhunter, ‘Loner Boogie’ Boy Azooga, and hydration master Sam Evian. £25 well spent, I say.
