If funky brass beats and eclectic covers are your thing, then Hackney Colliery Band is just the ticket.

They’re a contemporary nine-piece collective hailing from East London, truly changing perceptions of brass music with original songs and covers of songs like ‘Africa’ and ‘No Diggity’.

In 2012 they played the closing ceremony of the Olympics and have since performed at high profile award ceremonies including the Brits.

Clever, sometimes political and enormously fun this group will guarantee a good Saturday night.
